Quality is paperwork plus inspection — both, every line.
We approach quality the way receiving inspection does: a part is only as good as the documents that travel with it and the condition you can verify when it lands. Our standards are aligned with AS9100 and AS9120 expectations and the FAA airworthiness framework that operators rely on.
Supplier vetting
· FAA / EASA repair-station identity verification
· AS9100 / AS9120 / ISO 9001 status capture and currency check
· DLA / SAM.gov registration check for government lines
· Suspect Unapproved Parts (SUP) screening prior to award
· Quality history reviewed before every reorder
Document & condition checks
· Document set re-checked against PO and packing slip pre-ship
· Tag, serial, and shelf-life captured from supplier paperwork
· Photo evidence requested on serialized rotables when needed
· Non-conformance documented and replaced — never quietly substituted
Wrong part, wrong condition, missing paperwork — we resolve it. RMA is offered without argument when the documentation does not match the part, and root cause is added to the supplier scorecard so the same mistake does not reach a different buyer next month.
