Comprehensive sanctions programs

We do not transact in or with persons ordinarily resident in regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the so-called Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine, and the Crimea region of Ukraine. Russia and Belarus transactions are subject to enhanced review under the relevant OFAC programs and may be declined.

Screening process

1. 1Parties are screened at quote, again at order acceptance, and again before release of a controlled line.
2. 2Hits trigger immediate transaction hold and an internal compliance review.
3. 3Confirmed matches result in transaction decline and, where required, a blocking-property report to OFAC under 31 CFR § 501.603.
4. 4Diversion-risk indicators (vague end use, freight-forwarder-only addresses, mismatched payors, country-of-final-destination changes) pause shipment until resolved.

OFAC 50 Percent Rule

We apply OFAC's 50 Percent Rule — an entity 50 % or more owned, individually or in the aggregate, by one or more SDNs is itself blocked even if not separately listed. Beneficial-ownership data is reviewed where available.

Concerns about a possible sanctions match — by a customer, supplier, employee, or third party — go to compliance@partsperk.com. Reports may be anonymous; retaliation is prohibited.
