Permitted use
- Sourcing aviation parts, services, and supplier information consistent with your role and authorization.
- Building integrations against documented public APIs within the documented rate budgets.
- Bona fide AI / agent traffic that identifies itself by user-agent and respects robots and llms.txt directives.
Prohibited activity
- Violating any law, regulation, or third-party right while using the platform.
- Uploading malicious code, malware, or content that violates intellectual-property rights.
- Attempting to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or audit logging.
- Scraping, mirroring, or framing the site outside the public APIs and any prior written consent.
- Reverse engineering the platform except where law expressly permits.
- Using the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
- Operating the platform on behalf of a sanctioned party or for a sanctioned end-use.
- Submitting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or export-controlled technical data outside an authorized channel.
AI agents and automation
- Identify your agent in the user-agent string with a contact endpoint.
- Honor robots.txt, llms.txt, and AI-plugin manifests.
- Stay within published rate budgets; back off on 429 responses.
- Do not impersonate a human user; do not submit deceptive RFQs intended to harvest pricing without intent to transact.
Enforcement
Violations may result in throttling, account suspension, termination, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement. We may modify this AUP from time to time; the effective date and version reflect material changes.
