Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
- Comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the U.K. Bribery Act 2010, and equivalent local anti-corruption laws.
- No bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or anything of value exchanged to obtain or retain business.
- Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent, and never tied to an active bid or evaluation.
- Maintain accurate books and records that reflect transactions truthfully.
Labor and human rights
- Voluntarily employed workforce — no forced, bonded, or trafficked labor (see also the Combating Human Trafficking policy).
- Comply with applicable laws on minimum age, working hours, wages, and benefits.
- Provide a safe, healthful workplace; train workers on hazards relevant to their role.
- Respect freedom of association and lawful collective bargaining.
- No discrimination or harassment; provide channels for workers to raise concerns without retaliation.
Environmental stewardship
- Comply with applicable environmental laws and permits.
- Identify and reduce hazardous-substance use and emissions.
- Manage waste, e-waste, and hazardous materials responsibly.
- Cooperate with customer disclosures on materials of concern (REACH, RoHS, TSCA).
Data protection and trade compliance
- Protect personal data and confidential business information shared with you.
- Comply with U.S. export controls (ITAR, EAR), customs, and applicable sanctions; do not transfer controlled data outside authorized channels.
- Notify PartsPerk promptly of any data security incident or sanctions match affecting your engagement.
Conflicts of interest
Suppliers must disclose, in advance, any actual or apparent conflict of interest involving PartsPerk personnel — including financial relationships, family ties, or outside roles that could influence a sourcing decision.
Reporting and consequences
Reports may be made to compliance@partsperk.com, anonymously if preferred. Substantiated violations may result in remediation requirements, suspension, removal from the approved supplier list, contract termination, and disclosure to law enforcement where appropriate.
