Our structure and operations
PartsPerk LLC operates an aviation parts sourcing platform serving MROs, airlines, distributors, and government primes. Our employees, contractors, and partners are based primarily in the United States. The supply chain consists of OEMs, OEM-authorized distributors, FAA / EASA repair stations, and AS6081-conformant independent distributors of aviation, defense, and industrial parts.

Due diligence
- Risk-based supplier screening at onboarding and on each material change.
- Written supplier certifications cascading the same obligations to sub-tier suppliers.
- Targeted audits when credible risk indicators are present (geography, recruitment model, sector).
- Restricted-party screening on every transaction (see /policies/sanctions).
Training
Personnel with sourcing, procurement, or compliance roles complete annual training covering modern slavery indicators, recruitment-fee prohibitions, and the report channels under our whistleblower policy.
Effectiveness measures
- Number of supplier risk reviews completed.
- Number of substantiated reports and remediation outcomes.
- Coverage of training and acknowledgement among in-scope personnel.
- Audit findings and remediation cycle time.
