Prohibited practices
- Engaging in any form of trafficking in persons, including the use of forced, bonded, or indentured labor.
- Procuring commercial sex acts, regardless of where performed.
- Using misleading or fraudulent recruiting practices, including charging recruitment fees to workers.
- Confiscating or denying access to identity or immigration documents.
- Failing to provide return transportation upon completion of employment for workers brought from a different country.
- Providing or arranging housing that fails to meet host-country housing and safety standards.
Supplier flow-down
Each supplier and subcontractor must accept and flow down equivalent obligations to its own sub-tier suppliers. Suppliers shall maintain internal controls, training, and a confidential reporting channel that satisfy 22 U.S.C. § 7104 and FAR 52.222-50 obligations as applicable.
Due diligence and verification
- Risk-based supplier screening at onboarding and on each material change.
- Periodic confirmation of compliance through written certifications.
- Targeted audits where credible risk indicators are present (geography, industry, recruitment model).
- Worker-grievance channels at supplier sites where PartsPerk personnel are deployed.
How to report a concern
Anyone — employee, contractor, supplier worker, or member of the public — may report a suspected violation to compliance@partsperk.com. Reports may be anonymous. Retaliation against a person who makes a good-faith report is prohibited and is itself a terminable offense.
Government hotline
Suspected trafficking on a U.S. federal contract may also be reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or the DoD Inspector General hotline at 1-800-424-9098.
Consequences of violation
- Immediate suspension of supplier access pending investigation.
- Removal from approved supplier list on substantiated findings.
- Termination for default on government contracts as permitted by FAR 52.222-50(e).
- Cooperation with law enforcement and required disclosures to government agencies.
