Scope
This statement applies to the public marketing site, authenticated workspace, and platform documentation under partsperk.com. Third-party content embedded on the platform is governed by the third party's accessibility statement.
What we build for
- Full keyboard operation — every interactive element is reachable and usable without a mouse.
- Screen-reader friendly markup with ARIA roles, names, and live regions for async updates.
- Reduced-motion and reduced-transparency respect — animations honor `prefers-reduced-motion`.
- Color contrast meeting WCAG 2.2 AA on all text content.
- Form fields with persistent labels, error association, and inline validation.
- Focus-visible styles on every interactive control.
Known gaps and active work
We track open accessibility issues in our product backlog and review them on every sprint. Where third-party libraries fall short, we contribute fixes upstream when feasible and isolate the surface otherwise.
Request alternate formats or report a barrier
If you encounter content you cannot use, want a document in an alternate format, or have a suggestion that would make the platform easier for you, write to legal@partsperk.com. We respond within five business days, and we treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.
Standards we reference
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/)
- Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 794d)
- EN 301 549 (European harmonized accessibility standard)
