- Written DPA aligned with our customer-facing DPA.
- Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent for international transfers.
- Documented security measures, audit reports, or attestations on file.
- Access limited to data necessary for the contracted service.
- Regular review at the privacy-and-security committee.
Object to a change
Customers can object to a planned sub-processor change on reasonable data-protection grounds within 30 days of notice. Write to privacy@partsperk.com with the customer name and the specific provider you object to.
